Evening everyone. I’m sorry for being so late with this post but I’ve spent a lot of my day trying to get to grips with Zoom – the online meeting app. Try as I might I could not get into any of my scheduled meetings but eventually after much hand wringing, swearing and stomping about, I changed my web browser from Safari to Chrome (and that’s about as tech savvy as I get) and I made it to the last one of the day!
So – here it is the programme for the StayatHome Lit Fest which begins to tommorow. All you have to do to listen in, is to copy the link for the event into your browser. You do not need to be on Zoom.
My event is not until Sunday April 5th, so I’ll say more about that nearer the time. In the meatime first up tomorrow is Beverley Ward, 10am -11am. Keep Calm and Carry on Writing. This is a fun and mindful writing workshop with exercises for stressful times. No writing experience necessary – just come along and enjoy the experience! Join here: https://tinyurl.com/qqpshu6
And in the afternoon a wonderful poet from the North East Jo Colley, 1-2pm. “Sleeper”: poems about espionage, the Cambridge 5, invisibility and hiding in plain sight. Poetry reading and Q&A. Join here: https://tinyurl.com/qqpshu6
I’ll see you there…. sleep well
