A reader, it may be one of you! has nominated Sometimes A River Song, for the Guardian’s Not The Booker Prize.
I’m delighted to say it’s now on the long (very long) list, in the best possible company, and in the COMING WEEK ONLY readers can vote. So, if you have read and enjoyed Sometimes A River Song and would like to vote me onto the shortlist this is what you do.
This link takes you to the page you need https://www.theguardian.com/books/booksblog/2016/aug/02/not-the-booker-prize-very-longlist-2016-votes-please
When you get there scroll down (a fair way) to comments. Click on this and you will have to sign in with an email and with a passoword of your choosing.
You then have to comment just as you would on any blog – but you need to use the word VOTE eg I am voting for Sometimes A River Song… then follow this with 100 word minumum review. You then state a second choice from the list with NO review required.
So, its not a simple question of a click vote but if you’ve already reviewed Sometime A River Song then it would be easy to just copy and paste your review
And if you haven’t read it yet , but would like to, you can download for a quick read here https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sometimes-River-Song-Avril-Joy-ebook/dp/B01DTMU6QI
in the meantime here’s what others have said about it – http://www.avriljoy.com/sometimes-a-river-song/
